Design & coordination
Bring your dream wedding to life with a beautiful, cohesive event design. We’ll nail down your complete wedding style together (from florals, to decor & rentals, to stationery etc.), then I will help you plan, organize and execute every design detail. This option allows you to take on some of the planning tasks yourself, but with a ton of support from an experienced planner.

wedding coordination
This is a great option for couples that have done the leg work of researching and booking all their vendors, but would like some help coordinating a detailed timeline and executing it on the wedding day. Because who wants to work their wedding day?!
Sometimes referred to as “day-of” coordination. But our work begins up to 3 months out from the wedding day !

The Journey
I know that every couple has their own unique planning needs, which is why our base packages are customizable.
I like to start with a free consultation to determine what the scope of your specific event is and what services you do (and don’t) need. We’ll get you started on the right track.
1. free consult
We meet to discuss your wedding vision and details, and decide together on the level of support you’ll need for planning/design/coordination.
2. custom quote
Once I have a picture of the level of support you need, and the scope of the event, I’ll send you a custom quote.
3. Autographs
After the quote is approved you’ll get a contract to review and sign.
After we’re signed and sealed your date is confirmed!
4. ready to go!
Once your contract is signed and delivered, the fun begins!
You’ll get access to a client portal where we’ll update tasks and information to keep everyone on the same page.

The reception venue is often the biggest ticket item in the budget. From site visits, to reviewing complicated contracts, and knowing the right questions to ask – hire an experienced consultant to guide you through the process of finding the perfect venue for your style and budget.*

Events
Your Wedding Day may be the main event, but there are lots of other wedding-related events to think about. Let us take care of planning your: engagement party, bridal shower, bachelor/bachelorette, rehearsal dinner, farewell brunch, and other related events.
Concierge services
Sometimes two sets of hands just aren’t enough! I can help with all sorts of tasks: assembling and mailing invitations, RSVP management, picking up and dropping off items (like tux rentals etc.), assembling and delivering hotel guest welcome bags – let’s chat.
